Alle Standorte der Universitätsbibliothek sind am 24. Mai (Pfingstsonntag) und am 25. (Pfingstmontag) von 9 bis 17 Uhr geöffnet.
Die Ausleihterminals in allen Fachbibliotheken sowie die Servicetheke im Bibliotheksdienstleistungszentrum (BDZ) sind an den beiden Tagen nicht besetzt. Folgende Dienstleistungen können daher nicht angeboten werden:
- Auskunft durch das Bibliothekspersonal
- Abholung und Rückgabe von Fernleihbestellungen
- Abholung vorgemerkter Medien
- Ausgabe von UniCards sowie Erstellung von Ersatzausweisen
- Barzahlung von Gebühren
- Einsichtnahme von Literatur und Arbeit am Mikroformenscanner im Sonderlesesaal
Die öffentlichen PCs, die Scan- und Druckmöglichkeiten sowie die Lern- und Arbeitsplätze stehen an den Pfingsttagen wie gewohnt zur Verfügung. Medien aus dem Freihandbestand können an allen Bibliotheksstandorten über die Selbstverbucher ausgeliehen und zurückgegeben werden.

Opening Hours at Pentecost
All branches of the University Library will be open on May 24 (Pentecost Sunday) and May 25 (Pentecost Monday) from 9:00 to 17:00.
The circulation terminals in all departmental libraries as well as the service desk in the Library Services Centre (BDZ) will not be staffed on these two days. The following services will therefore not be available:
- Advisory support by the library staff
- Collecting and returning interlibrary loan orders
- Collecting reserved media
- Requesting new UniCards or collecting found ones
- Cash payment of fees
- Access to restricted collections and use of the microform scanner at the Special Reading Room
The public PCs, scanning and printing devices, as well as the learning spaces will be available as usual during the Pentecost holidays. Media from the open-shelf collections can be borrowed and returned at all library locations using the self-service units.
