Aufgrund einer ganztägigen Teamveranstaltung sind die Ausleihterminals in allen Fachbibliotheken sowie die Servicetheke im Bibliotheksdienstleistungszentrum (BDZ) am Mittwoch, den 15.07., nicht besetzt. Folgende Services können daher an diesem Tag nicht angeboten werden:
- Auskunft durch das Bibliothekspersonal
- Abholung und Rückgabe von Fernleihbestellungen
- Abholung vorgemerkter Medien
- Ausgabe von UniCards sowie Erstellung von Ersatzausweisen
- Barzahlung von Gebühren
- Arbeit am Mikroformenscanner und Einsichtnahme von Literatur im Sonderlesesaal
Bitte beachten Sie, dass es auch in anderen Servicebereichen der Bibliothek, etwa bei der Bearbeitung von Anschaffungsvorschlägen oder der Abgabe von Pflichtexemplaren Ihrer Dissertationen, am 15. Juli zu Einschränkungen kommen kann. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis.
Trotz der Serviceeinschränkungen gelten am 15. Juli an allen Bibliotheksstandorten die regulären Öffnungszeiten. Ab Donnerstag, dem 16. Juli, stehen sämtliche Bibliotheksangebote wieder im gewohnten Umfang zur Verfügung.
Limited Service on July 15
Due to an all-day team event, the circulation terminals in all departmental libraries as well as the service desk in the Library Services Centre (BDZ) will not be staffed on Wednesday, July 15. The following services will therefore not be available:
- Advisory support by the library staff
- Collecting and returning interlibrary loan orders
- Collecting reserved media
- Requesting new UniCards or collecting found ones
- Cash payment of fees
- Access to restricted collections and use of the microform scanner in the Special Reading Room
Please note that there may also be limitations in other library departments on July 15 – for example, when submitting a purchase request or handing over the mandatory copies of your dissertation. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Despite the service restrictions, all library locations will be open on July 15 during their regular opening hours. From Thursday, July 16, all library services will be available again as usual.
